Contact Details

You are the agent of change and the hero of your own story. Our advocates are here to support you with a short and simple process to determine if you have a case to pursue.

Our process begins with learning your story and understanding the people and problems you have been facing at work.

At this early stage, you do not need to know anything about California law. Perhaps you know something is off, not being handled correctly – that is enough. You know the truth about what is happening to you and maybe even
others at work.

You’ll complete a 10-15 minute questionnaire and upload your employment records (think of your work schedules, pay stubs, photos, employment agreements and bonus or commission agreements) into our secure web portal.

All of your information is confidentially stored and reviewed by our dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals.

Within 2-3 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, you will receive a scheduling link to meet personally with one of our employment law Advocates for a free, no cost web video conference (visit Our Advocates to meet our team). Find a time that works for you, in the comfort of your own home, to meet our team. Together, we will review the facts of your unique situation, identify what documents or other evidence might support your case, and begin to discuss how you can take advantage of hundreds of California laws designed to protect your rights at work.

Our Advocates can provide translation for workers in Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, and Vietnamese.

Once we have all the facts, our attorneys will determine if Workers’ Advocate can represent you with our no’ fees unless we win’ representation agreement.

Putting together a successful legal strategy means reviewing your employers records, identifying all violations of California labor and employment law, and evaluating the law that best applies to your case.

Clients can access all case updates, files, and case notices through a dedicated client portal. Together with your legal team, we will highlight your unique case facts, together with the evidence and the law and prepare your case for trial.

Employment cases can take anywhere from months to years to resolve, depending on the facts and the practices of the employer. With our client-centered approach, our Advocates communicate by email and text to ensure that each client knows how their case is progressing and what to expect next.

While the damages in each employment action will vary, Workers’ Advocate pursues all recourse on behalf of our clients including unpaid wages, lost wages, attorneys’ fees, penalties, fines, and fees, for our clients. Whether you are the victims of discrimination, wage theft, wrongful termination, disability discrimination or any such illegal conduct by your employer, Workers’ Advocate will work tirelessly to see to it that this part of your story ends the way you decide it ends.
